Business Philosophy

Haryana Milk Foods Limited, Pehowa and the Goyal Group headed by Shri Prem Kumar Goyal, I.A.S. (Retired) to discharge obligation towards the Society and in a bid to spread and provide a cover to the poor peasantry and the neighboring villages and the Pehowa City created a charitable Trust in 1984-85 under the name and style of Prem Kumar Goyal & Sons Public Charitable Trust (Regd), with its office at Kaithal Road, Pehowa with a view to pursue the tenants of the Trust towards welfare of the Society towards promoting and spreading the Education, establish Schools, Colleges, with emphasis on the Girls Education, establish Hospitals, to provide health cover to the needy who can ill afford the costly treatment of surgery, eye ailments, eye operations, establish Dharamshala, help the other Charitable Institutions engaged in social welfare and the activities to help the Community.

The Trust under his able guidance and dedication and zeal for providing the help to the society he had established a Senior Model School, Senior Secondary School and a Degree College under the name and style of Raja Devi Goyal Multipurpose College , Sonawanti Goyal Senior Secondary School, , a Stadium on the College Campus at Bherian , as well as 100 Bed Hospital to provide health cover to the needy of area.

Towards the courses of self employment after the approval from Ministry of Human Resources Development, he started D. Ed College of Education and B.Ed College of Education have been established which are functioning well imparting Diploma in Education and Bechlor of Education. In addition to it he also established an I.T.I. exclusively for Girls for Cutting and Tailoring Course. To contribute a little bit towards the courses of self-employment after the approval from Ministry of Human Resources Development , he started courses of Multi Health Purposes Worker, X Ray Technician, etc. which provided gainful employment to the several students who passed these courses from the Institution.

The School and the other Educational Institutions established by the Trust are considered to be the best in the area had been providing education to more than 2200 students annually at nominal fees charged from them with absolute free education for Girls. The vision of Shri Prem Kumar Goyal who requested Dr Pathak of Patna who had invented the Sulabh Sochalaya which was the main emphasis of Hon’ble Prime Minister , Shri Narender Modi Ji during his first tenure , the same message he spread during the late 1985 by inviting and organizing a gathering of more than 5000 persons from nearby villages and honoured Dr Pathak for his invention and got constructed 5 such Sulabh Sochalaya by the side of the School and College Building and in the adjoining village Bherian at our cost and he also brought a truck load of the equipment required for construction of the Sulabh Sochalaya in different villages so that who so ever may be willing may get the sulabh sochalaya constructed at his house at its cost price.

The Trustees of the Trust donated the Buildings of the Senior Secondary School lock stock barrel and Raja Devi Goyal College of the value of more than 25 crore to the Haryana Govt. and now these Institutions are working well providing the Degrees in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce besides Bachelor of science and other job oriented course. Thousands of children have been benefitted by these Institutions

To provide health cover the Trust has established the Trust has established the Dispensary which provide medicines to the needy patients free of cost.

Sh. Omesh Kumar Goyal (Mg. Director of Haryana Milk Foods Ltd.) and Sh. Ashwani Goyal (Director of Haryana Milk Foods Ltd.) and the company continue to provide all the support to the local community in regard to betterment and overall development of the surrounding area and its citizens.
